We strive to provide an amazing experience and quality products that will last for many years to come. If you’re not satisfied with your power source or electrical safety tester, return it within 45 days for a full refund.* (Some conditions may apply.)

Ikonix recommends that your power source or electrical safety tester be calibrated on a twelve-month cycle. Calibrate annually with us, we’ll extend your warranty an additional year for the service life of your tester, and at least five years after discontinuation. Annual calibration and inspection must be made in each successive year starting one year after the original purchase date in order to remain eligible for extended warranty coverage beyond the standard warranty period (five years). If it breaks during that time we promise to fix it for free (unless abuse or excessive damage is present). When your instrument reaches the end of its service life, we’ll responsibly recycle it and give you a discount on a replacement.

• 45 days commence on the shipment with Ikonix invoice date.
• On return, the instrument must be in like new condition. Materials that need to make it like new condition will be charged to customer.
• Customer will need to be responsible on all the freight and taxes occurred during product return.
• APAC only product does not apply 45 days return and refund and 5 year warranty, please see product warranty for details.
