Our Story
Since 1936, Associated Research has been providing test and measurement solutions for the electrical safety compliance industry. Our relentless commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service has helped set the expectation for the industry.
Since our inception, Associated Research has been challenging the status quo in product innovation and design. We first shocked the industry by introducing the Vibrotest, the first battery-operated Megohmmeter in the United States. Shortly thereafter, we developed the AC Hypot, our very first Hipot Tester. Hipot testing soon became the strength of our company as we continued to innovate and shape the marketplace.
Today, nearly 90 years later, that same commitment drives every product we build — from the HypotULTRA® and OMNIA® II multi-function testers used across medical device and EV manufacturing, to our ISO 17025-accredited calibration services that keep testing equipment audit-ready worldwide. Every instrument ships with a 5-year warranty, backed by a global support network spanning the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
